npComplete Announced as winners of E-Challenge 2008

The announcement of the winners of the competition marks the climax of the programme of workshops and business plan writing that is the E-Challenge. Prizes will be awarded at the UCL Enterprise Awards Ceremony on the 1st May 2008.
