London Entrepreneurs' Challenge 2002/3Last updated 5 October 2005 NeuroDelta won the competition in 2002/3. NeuroDelta was the brainchild of Nathaniel Milton, a researcher based at the Royal Free campus. His idea for novel treatments and diagnostics for Alzheimer's Disease captured teh judges' imagination not just for the size of the potential market but for the quality of the business plan which carefully considered every aspect of the idea, particularly the analysis of the competition. In 2003, NeuroDelta was launched as a fully formed company to exploit the idea. In 2004 the company was awarded a presitgous Grant for Research and Development award by the UK's Department of Trade and Industry in order to fund early-stage development of a proof of concept.
